01

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created while you use Wearvue AI, and information needed to run secure account, billing, and AI generation features.

Account and profile information

  • Email address, display name, user ID, authentication status, and connected account information.
  • Account settings, generation preferences, privacy choices, and local profile details you choose to save.

AI styling content

  • Uploaded photos, style descriptions, occasions, actions or poses, selected tags, shopping region, aspect ratio, and quality settings.
  • Generated outfit images, style plans, product-search queries, product recommendations, saved looks, favorites, and notes.

Billing and transaction information

  • Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan, credit-pack purchase records, invoices, billing email, card brand, and last four digits when provided by Stripe.
  • We rely on Stripe for checkout, card handling, fraud prevention, billing portal access, renewals, and cancellation flows.

Technical, security, and usage information

  • IP address, device and browser information, request metadata, error logs, session cookies, local storage, and IndexedDB records needed to run the service.
  • Email delivery metadata for sign-in codes and account messages sent through our email provider.

02

How We Use Information

We use personal information for the purposes below and for other purposes disclosed to you when you provide the information.

  • Create AI outfit previews, style plans, product matching, regenerated looks, and saved-look experiences.
  • Authenticate users, maintain account state, apply credits, manage memberships, and sync billing events.
  • Send sign-in codes, important account messages, support responses, product updates, and optional marketing communications.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce service rules, debug errors, protect the service, and respond to legal or security requests.
  • Improve reliability, product quality, user experience, and safety controls without selling your personal information.

If you are in a region where a legal basis is required, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

03

AI, Photos, and Generated Content

Wearvue AI works by sending your selected inputs to AI systems and product-search systems so they can create the result you request.

When you use User Photo mode, we send your uploaded photo and fashion instructions to AI providers so they can create a new outfit preview. We do not ask the AI to identify you, and the product-matching step is instructed to focus on visible outfit items rather than personal identity.

Generated images, style plans, product-search terms, product matches, and saved looks may contain personal information if you include it in your prompt, photo, notes, or saved content. Avoid uploading photos or entering details you do not want processed for AI generation.

We do not sell your uploaded photos or prompts, and we do not use them to train a Wearvue-owned model. Third-party AI providers process content according to their own data handling terms, security controls, and our provider settings.

04

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only as needed to provide, protect, improve, bill for, or comply with legal obligations related to Wearvue AI.

OpenAI

Supabase

Stripe

Resend

Hosting and infrastructure providers

Hosting, routing, storage, security monitoring, logs, and content delivery for the website and API routes.

We may also share information in connection with a business transaction, to comply with law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, privacy, safety, and security of Wearvue AI, users, and others. We do not sell personal information.

05

Cookies and Local Storage

Wearvue AI uses cookies and browser storage to keep the product usable and personalized.

Supabase may set authentication cookies so you can stay signed in. We also use browser local storage for account state, auth state, generation preferences, privacy settings, saved looks, display-name customization, and uploaded-photo counts.

Saved generated images may be stored in your browser through IndexedDB so large image data does not overload local storage. Clearing browser data, using the privacy controls in Settings, or deleting saved looks can remove browser-stored data from that device.

We do not currently describe any third-party advertising cookies in this policy. If we add advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies that materially change this practice, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required consent controls.

06

Retention and Deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

  • Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as needed for payment, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and dispute purposes.
  • Uploaded photos and generated content are processed to deliver the requested generation. Saved looks and image data stored in your browser remain until you delete them or clear your browser storage.
  • Server logs, abuse-prevention records, email delivery records, and provider-side processing records may be kept for limited operational, security, and compliance periods.

07

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights such as access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, or opt-out rights.

Access and portability

You may request a copy of personal information associated with your account. The app also includes a data export control for locally available settings and saved data.

Correction and choices

You can update profile details, generation preferences, privacy choices, billing settings, and communication preferences where those controls are available.

Deletion

You can delete local saved data from your browser and may ask us to delete account information, subject to legal, security, payment, and fraud-prevention retention needs.

Opt-out rights

We do not sell personal information. If applicable privacy laws give you opt-out rights for targeted advertising, profiling, sale, or sharing, contact us to exercise them.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination, but deleting required information may limit our ability to provide certain features.

08

Security and International Transfers

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Security

We use access controls, provider security features, HTTPS/TLS in transit where available, server-side authentication checks, and payment processing through Stripe rather than storing full payment card details ourselves.

Transfers

Wearvue AI and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

09

Children, Changes, and Contact

Wearvue AI is intended for adults and is not designed for children.

Do not use Wearvue AI to upload photos of children or teenagers. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a way that requires deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the product or by email.

To ask privacy questions or exercise privacy rights, contact us at privacy@wearvueai.com.
